Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote and insert 2 AAA batteries with correct polarity.
  2. Power On: Ensure your TCL air conditioner is plugged in and powered on at the main unit.
  3. Pairing: Point the remote directly at the air conditioner's infrared receiver (usually located on the front panel).
  4. Initial Setup: Press the power button to test connectivity. The air conditioner should beep or display a response.

  6. Remote Placement: Place the remote in a convenient location, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources.
